Echinacea (Echinacea Angustifolia, dried root). A must in the beginning stages of a cold or flu. Increases production, maturation and aggressiveness of white blood cells against intruders. Yerba Mansa (Anemopsis spp., dried root). Excellent substitute for Goldenseal.
