A partial list of ingredients found the in throat sprays and lozenges.

Echinacea (Echinacea Angustifolia, dried root). A must in the beginning stages of a cold or flu. Increases production, maturation and aggressiveness of white blood cells against intruders. Great on swollen areas due to bee, wasp, gnat and mosquito bites. Helps reduce swelling and stimulates repair of tendons, ligaments and muscle sheaths. Excellent for tendonitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, skier's knee and jogger's ankle. Prevents or slows down bacterial and viral infections by strengthening connective tissues. Gets rid of dead microbes, dead cells and other waste products by stimulating lymphatic drainage.
Musicademy trains worship teams and singers. Check out their line of CDs and DVDs
Ginger (Zingiber officinale, dried root). Relieves motion sickness, nausea (even from chemotherapy or vertigo), and vomiting better than "Dramamine®." Relieves indigestion, abdominal and menstrual cramping, dyspepsia and gastric hypoacidity. Helps with acute colds and flu.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, dried root). Effective adrenal gland support. For gastric ulcers, bronchial spasms, sore throats, painful menstruation, arthritis or herpes. Offers support in AIDS as research suggests it may inhibit the virus. Also has mild anti-inflammatory, antihistaminic and laxative properties.
Contraindications: Not in pregnancy or while breast-feeding and in hypokalemia (low blood potassium level), or when high blood pressure from sodium retention is present.
Osha (Ligusticum porteri, dried root). A great herb at the beginning of a cold or flu. For early stages of: sore throat, chest cold with painful breathing, thick stringy mucus, or dry asthma. Stimulates the immune system and prevents secondary infections. Prevents recurrent middle ear infection in children; loosens and expels mucus.
Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra, dried inner bark). Useful for gastritis, enteritis, colitis, mouth and throat inflammation, duodenal ulcers, and diarrhea.

Yerba Mansa (Anemopsis spp., dried root). Excellent substitute for Goldenseal. For slow healing conditions such as mouth, gum and throat sores, stomach and duodenal ulcers, colitis, pleurisy and bladder inflammation. Use externally for skin ulcers and boils. Use as a sitz bath for Bartholin gland cysts, perianal fissures and hemorrhoids.
